Henry has always loved books and loves to read, so much so that we just can not keep up with the amount of books he devours! therefore there are weekly trips to the local library to stock up on the weeks reading. This leant Henry to ask how books became to be in libraries? How did an author get his book into a library? And how could he one day get a book of his own in a library?

We are so proud to say that not only did Henry write this book, but he also approached his school who have since held a book launch for him at the Book week assembly, he read the book to the Pre Primary, year 1 and Year 2 classes and they have also purchased copies to put in the school library! Henry has also received recognition not only by his school, but an article in the Examiner (Armadale edition) and also from local government leader, Hugh Jones. 

With this book, Henry hopes to inspire other kids to discover the joy of reading and creating their own stories too.

This is the beginning of the Pirate Penguins series and Henry is already dreaming up their next adventure.
