Return and Refund Policy.

At By the Brook creations, all cookies and cupcakes are custom- made to order, which means we do not offer refunds unless under specific circumstances outlined below.

Order Cancellations

• More than 2 weeks before pick up: Full refund (excluding and custom stamp fees or edible prints already purchased or made for your order)
• Within 2 weeks of pick up: 50% refund (minus applicable fees)
• Within 72 hours of pick up: no refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for breakage after pick up. No refunds will be issued on damages. 
• It is very important that the care, storage and transport instructions given at pick up are adhered to for best results.
• It is also very important to read your invoice thoroughly at time of order and contact us asap if there is any incorrect information on it. 

Event Postponements

• Our cookies are all heat-sealed and have a shelf life of up to 4 weeks. If your event is postponed, your cookies can be stored for later use.
• Our cupcakes are made to order and are fresh for 4 days. If your event is postponed within 72 hours of your pick up date, unfortunately no refunds are available. Please contact us ASAP in regards to your event postponement to avoid disappointment.
