Hi, I'm Stacey- the heart behind By the Brook Creations

I have always loved to bake and create. My most treasured kitchen memories are baking and creating fondant flowers and designs with my Nanna.

When it came to designing our dream home, I knew I wanted to start a baking business, so designed it with this in mind.

  • The cupcakes Stacey made for my son's 2nd birthday were awesome!

    Not only were they almost too cute to eat (we're talking little animal faces on each one) but they were seriously delicious too.

    You know how sometimes themed cupcakes look amazing but taste like cardboard? Not these. The sponge was soft, fluffy, and full of flavour, and the icing wasn't too sweet- so we were going back for seconds.

    Jackson loved pointing out all the animals ("RAWR" for the lion, of course) and the kids were genuinely excited to choose their own. Stacey completely nailed the theme!

    I highly recommend if you want something that tastes just as good as it looks. Thanks Stacey- you're a baking queen!
